We put work-life balance first because we believe that when our team is happy, our patients and families receive the best care possible.

What Makes Us Different

  • Holistic & Interdisciplinary: You’ll work side by side with social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers to ensure comprehensive care. Our nurses don’t shoulder every task alone—we share responsibilities across the entire hospice team.
  • Refreshing, Mission-Driven Approach: Move beyond the data and machines of hospital settings. You’ll form meaningful, heartfelt connections with patients and families at one of life’s most pivotal moments.
  • Flexible & Supportive Culture: Our model emphasizes balanced scheduling with options for partial remote triage, genuine support from leadership, and a team that believes in having each other’s backs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care and symptom management for hospice patients
  • Coordinate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient and family’s holistic needs are met
  • Collaborate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives, offering your voice to continuously shape our innovative approach
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely, accurate manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Current RN license in Montana (BSN preferred)
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus, but we warmly welcome nurses ready to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for providing holistic end-of-life care

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive Benefits: While we may not match hospital wage scales, we offer strong benefits, extra PTO, and meaningful perks like wellness stipends and mental health support.
  • Professional Growth: Access to continuing education, hospice specialty training, and the support of a mentor during onboarding.
  • True Work-Life Balance: Weekday schedules, manageable on-call rotations, and a culture that actively guards against burnout.
